All patients have a rest period between the hours of 13:30 and 14:30
or
have rest periods tailored into an individualised rehab program.
We have been asked to have a set patient rest period between 13:30 and 14:30 hrs. Admin doesn't seem to understand the role of rehab and wants every ward to be the same i.e. the Nsurg, Plastics, Gen Surg to be the same as rehab. Despite us telling them we deliver an individually tailored program they don't seem to understand.
Any Ideas?

Not all people are going to want to rest between 1330 and 1430, so the powers that be should respect this fact.
