NR competency

Just writing to see where everyone is with the QIS survey information.

Has QIS focused in on NR as indicated with the Therapy and Discharge Planning critical elements? ADL/ ROM critical elements?

Has anyone worked on the issue of having nursing rehab competencies? ( f=tag that relates to training in NR methods)

Of course we are all prepping for the changes, and waiting for the survey, but I was hoping someone out there already had the survey and can shed some light on the subject??!!
