Newbee to forum

Hi everyone. Newbee to forum but oldie but goodie from rehab nsg. Going for my MSN in education so I might be picking your brains a little with different questions.
Curious, how many of you are in a acute care hosptal setting versus free standing facility?
How is everyone handling the change in the 75/25 ruling?

My census on my unit depends on house population within the acute care facility. Our intercity hospital just moved and we are the only hospital for our city so our ER is overcrowded and we are receiving inappropriate patients from outside. We need an LTAHC soon.
Thanks for your input. JLA
