help preparing for interview

Hello all,
I would like some advice regarding a rehab interview I have on friday. Right now I work on a neuro ICU unit at a large hospital an hour away. I don't hate my job but i don't love it. I dread the drive and don't feel that neuro is where I want to stay. I applied for some positions closer to where I live. I have an interview on friday with a rehab floor in a nearby rural hospital (10 minutes away!). I am excited because of the how close it is. I am also excited that unlike my present position, I can see a patient progress to where they are able to go home. I would like any tips for my interview. I really want this position. How can I relate my ICU experience to rehab nursing? ANY advice will be greatly appreciated.
