Transfer Nursing Credits in NY

Does anyone know schools in NY/NJ area that accepts transfer Nursing credits? I am thinking of leaving the accredited University that I am attending now. I have a Bachelors so I would be able to apply to an accelerated program also. Thanx in advance.
