RN to BSN

I am interested in hearing from African American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American,and Pacific Islander nurses who are in RN to BSN programs. I'm writing an article for Minority Nurse magazine.

I'd like to know about your experiences - the kind of info you'd share with a friend or colleague who wanted to know what an RN to BSN program is like. What was easier/tougher than you thought? How did your family react? What did you like/not like about being back in school?
