RN to BSN??? is it worth waiting to get in??

Ok so here's the deal. I want to eventually become an NP. My question is should I get a BSN in NUrsing or BSN in anything and then get master in Nursing? I already have an ADN and have my RN license. I would prefer to get my BSN in nursing but i dont want to wait forever to get into a BSN program. Is it hard to into a RN to BSN program?? I see that some of the RN to BSN programs want you to have at least two years experience as an RN but im a new grad and have yet to find a job. I cant see myself waiting years to get into a school. Anyways just looking for advice.
