RN or BSN for relocation?

by artslob

I'm graduating from a community college ADN program in a smallish town in May and am looking at the possibility of moving to a bigger city to work. As a graduate nurse with an Associate's, will I be overlooked by hospitals looking for BSNs in an area already flooded by a bolus of their own graduates?
