Ok as the heading states Im a new licensed RN in NJ.I just want to hear from new grad nurses.I want to no what did you have to go through to get your first nursing position.Please respond with any suggestions.Im currently looking for a job and i want this process to be quick!...It has been a long road for me already! I recieved my License # Jan 23 in I already applied to about 20 jobs in 4 days im really on a ball here.Want more can I do besides applying to jobs online(I also drove to a Nursing home to apply for position).I have a Resume that is decent..I no people that currently having a very hard time getting a job.Do people actyally never find job? Im just hopeing I can find a nursing position soon!!! Please Help NJ Nurses!
