JOB Prospects for ADN-Missouri

Just wondered if anyone out there could give me advice. I'm almost 50, have 5 years experience on a med/surg unit in the state of California and am thinking about relocating to my home state of Missouri. I have an ADN but am working towards my BSN online. Two questions: Is it hard to get an RN hospital job in the St Louis area with my experience/education/age? What would be salary expectations. I make around 40/hr now. Appreciate any comments.
