Foreign Trained - RN to MSN programs?

I just passed my NCLEX! I have a Bachelor of Nursing degree from and Australian university. Unfortunately, owing to the fact that our degree programs are 3 years, not 4 (we don't do any of the general ed stuff like math and english), my degree is not recognised as a degree here.

I'd like to know if anyone has completed an RN to MSN program. Which one did you choose, and why?

Thanks!

I'm confused. You passed NCLEX, so your degree *is* suitable for the BON that you're applying through? I assume otherwise they would not have given you an ATT....?

And now you want to look at a student visa to do a masters degree in the US? Or are you talk about in Australia? Be aware that you did a bachelor degree - immigration and licensure and educational institutions all have different rules.

I did my BN in Australia and it was considered equivalent to the US by CGFNS and the BON (but I did it eons ago..). I am working in the US fulltime and attending uni part time for a masters in nursing (acute care nurse practitioner). I provided transcripts to the university, but there was never any doubt that I was starting from the basis of a bachelor degree.

If you can clarify what your position is and what you want to do, I might be able to give more info.
