Which to choose Diploma certificate etc.?

Hello, I am thinking of studing nursing i would like to became RN but first i would like to study something relevant and conected but my english is so so i am from japan curently doing my certificate III in Australia.
Do someone have good ideas what could be better for me go straight away to Bechelor or do Diploma first
