Accel. BSN vs Traditional in International Nursing.

I'm planning on getting a second Bachelors and persuing nursing but before I jump on the Accelerated BSN I have to know:

How is the Accelerated BSN viewed by countries outside of the US?

Is it considered as an accepted method of completing nursing education or should i just hack it and go the whole four years?

Thoughts?
