Radiation Therapy

Hey everyone,
I'm new to the healthcare field. Have a communication degree (B.S) I was laid off and i'm suck of the BS (LOL) I'm interested in a stable job as a Radiation Therapist in the ATL. Can someone really tell me about salary info, and how the field really is. Also looking at a school called IAMP anybody know about their program?
