Pain management for liver chemoembolization patients

I am interested in what other facilities are using for intraprocedure and immediate post chemoembolization pain and nausea control. At my facility we are using iv push medicaitons for nausea and pca narcotics for pian control. It just seems this is not enough for the immedicate two-three hour period post procedure. I am looking for other options to suggest to our physicians. Thank you for your suggions and or direction to resources.
