Looking to share ideas on how to get the message out to frontline staff in a way that is fun and positive. Was thinking of weekly emailed tips in the form of quiz questions but unsure how to exactly execute the idea. Also would love to host some interactive events but again, not sure about the finer details. Any advice appreciated!

My facility used the news letter and ran puzzles where the staff had to answer Joint Commission style questions answer in a word search or cross word format. The staff with 100% answers where entered into a drawing for food or gas cards. Still, we only picked up a handful of new participates.
We didi better with tracer teams where the staff had to walk the walk with the "surveyor" the staff then was recognized as being the "star" of the tracer.
