Hello, I have been a nurse for 10 years and have recently applied for a quality assurance/risk manager position with a large regional hospital. I am very interested and excited about this position and just received a phone call from someone who is screening applicants. She said she would like for me to interview in the next few weeks. Now, while I have a fair amount of experience with different areas of nursing, I have zero in this field! Can anyone give me any advice on how to prepare for this interview? What to look for, questions to ask, questions to be prepared to answer?
