Anyone the database manager for this registry? We are about to sign up and I'm in charge of implementing.

I'm trying to determine if we should use a vendor or go straight through NCDR. So far I've discerned that there is no interface if you go straight through NCDR.

We have ~50 cases a month I "think" but I'm not sure if they would all fit the inclusion criteria. Should I try and integrate with the PCI database? I don't think so since not all of our AMIs would get caths. Should I try and integrate with our CM data? That is about half the cases we would be submitting so that might be helpful.

Any tips or advice???
