New endeavor, need help!

I have been working in a physician's office for 6 years, the last 2 of which I've been an RN. In just a couple of weeks I am making the transition back into the acute care setting. I'm going to be working on a progressive pulmonary floor. What things should I read up on before I start? Any suggestions?? Any advise is GREATLY appreciated!
