NEEDED: Disinfectants, Cleaner, etc. IDEAS

I work in a pulmonary physician's office and am trying to find cleaner's that are pulmonary patient friendly.

Any suggestions? I'm especially interested in disinfectant-/sterlizing-type cleaner's.
