hello haitham abo majed, I'm not sure what kind of information you need but any unconcious patient should be treated as if they have a compromised airway as if they are not concious they don't have the ability to protect thier airway.

As with all of these patients you need to establish a clear airway. I always find the resuscitation guidelines are very useful to get information on this type of scenario.
