what is community health nursing

Hi, I am trying to find a good article that just describes and defines community health nursing. There are so many nursing journals and search engines that I've spent hours weeding through. Most the articles I find are more specific than just describing what it is, and maybe it's history, etc. Anyone have any suggestions to make searching easier, or know of any good articles that just address 'what is community health nursing'? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
