I was just wondering if there are any nurses on the forum that can comment on nurse led initiatives. This could be for a variety of issues (diabetes, breast feeding, hypertension...etc.). I will be the lead nurse in implementing an RN led clinic at a community health centre for clients with hypertension. It would be great to get some input from those of you who have gone through the process. Thanks in advance for sharing your experience and knowledge!
