Question, Please help!

Greetings All Nurses,


I am helping a friend start a new Nursing Association, she and I have never done this before. We do not know how to set up a non profit status or incorp. Anyone who has written a grant or done the footwork please let us know how to do all this. We would like to refrain from hiring an attorney till we are ready to file just to double check our work, (cut costs)!
