Please Help,

for a school project, given to me yesterday i need a chn or phn to please answer the following questions. i could really use some help here, as it's memorial day weekend and all the ch clinics are closed and school is out for the year.

1) tell me about the community (schools, recreation, health, economics, political).
2) what are the main health problems in the community?
3) which population do you think is the most at-risk for health problems in the community?
4) why do you feel these health problems are most prevalent in this community?
5) how can community health nurses assist in protecting, preventing, reducing, or eliminating these health problems?
