PHN or NFP??????


I had an interview for a Nurse Family Partnership position, and I have an interview for a PHN position next week. Does anyone have insight on either of these?

Many Public Health Departments follow the Nurse Family Partnership model; there is really little difference. Prenatal Care Coordination is also a similar model.
