Nurse Consultant for Public Health- Cancer program

Just wondering if there are any nurse consultants out there?
I was thinking of applying for a job as a Nurse Consultant for a Public Health Cancer program.
Here is the summary statement from the posting. I have some time to think it over as the ending date isnt until 2-13-10! I will have my MSN in Health Promotion in a little over a month and work in school nursing.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for clinical oversight and provider education for the Division of Public Health's cancer screening and treatment programs. Duties include: supervising case management services; reviewing and adjudicating claims for medical services; and assisting in planning, implementation and evaluation of various cancer programs. In addition, this position will interact with over 200 providers to provide education related to screening recommendations, as well as program policies and claim/data submission requirements to assure program effectiveness.

Although I am sure there will be adequate training, it does make me a bit nervous! Although so did school nursing when I first entered it. Also I will miss my summers off, but will also be making more $$, so I guess it balances out.

Looking forward to reading the responses
