Aggregate??

Hi,

As part of my community health course I need to identify an aggregate and using either the Population Health Promotion Model or the Community-as-Partner Model select 3 determinants of health and complete an assessment in relation to the identified aggregate. I then have to design a program, etc in response to an identified need. I really need help, does anybody have any suggestions.

Thanks
