What do you carry with you/bring to work as a psych nurse?

What do you bring with you to work, and what do you carry with you at all times? I'm interested to see what other psych nurses in particular bring, as obviously it requires different things than other specialties. I'm pretty sure there's no other post like this in the psych category, but please link me if there is!

What do I bring to work on the unit? Aside from the obvious I find these items necessary:

***Tylenol/motrin/benadryl/exedrine EXTRA strength for migraines (stress is a huge reason for this, whether it be from OT, dehydration,hunger,lighting, or unit acuity)

***FOOD (You need to eat! If I'm hungry of just stressed I eat a quick snack and my mood improves)

****CHANGE OF CLOTHES/SHOES for when a patient spills/dumps/assaults/targets you and wants your shoes you stole from her NOW.

I also have a tiny locker. All I keep it in is flavored coffee creamer...really, that's all that can fit into it.
