I'd find something that interests you before you invest in more education. There are so many different things nurses can do. The times are a bit tight right now but don't give up.

Yeah, forfeiture of the bennies as a senior RN is one of the first things I must grieve. Then comes, "and was this new venture really worth it?" You know what treading backwards feels like, especially if you jump the fence for something worse. With the presence of today's ever changing challenges, I have a real fear of the unknown, as job satisfaction continues to dwindle across all specialties. Thanks for the encouragement
