I am currently looking for an evidence-based tool that our hospital can use in screening suicide for all inpatients (non-psych units). I've been doing literature search and finding that there is no standard tool out there (unlike skin - you got Braden, falls, etc).
Are any of your hospitals using a screening tool for suicide?
Please share any resources or information you have.

I searched the Net and found this. Is this helpful in some way?
And something else....
Here is a database site that is evidenced based (mental health) in nature: http://www.evidence.brookscole.com/database.html
