My Dream- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner!!! Advice?

I know i'm thinking years ahead of myself, but this is my dream. Im looking for any advice from people still in college, or people who have already began their careers. A few specifics..

• Any tips you can give me, that you wish you would've had before you started your journey?

• Any personal story or experience of an interesting or fearsome event in this profession

• How difficult was it to get through college.
