Good Psych Unit?

Hi,
With 2 years of experience working in the assessment/observation unit of psych hospital with dual diagnosis patients, I'm free to relocate. (Also have experience in LTC and Med Surg). I really enjoy psych nursing, and would like to work in a facility that offers good psychiatric care. Does anyone have any suggestions? (I'm an RN with Bachelors in Psych and plan to start an RN to MSN in the Spring). Thank you!
