    Hi I haven't done a post in a longtime and realized how I have missed out on reading interesting topic"s and feedback.
    Does anyone have a similar program that Australia started 3 years ago.

    T he Mental Health Nurse Incentive Program (MHNIP) provides mental health nurses who are Credentialed under the ACMHN's Credential for Practice Program

    It is good to have you here, Loray.

    I also responded to your other post on this subject, Loray. I answered that enquiry in terms of providing Psychiatric Nursing Care to Patients in the Community. However, MHNIP sounds like it is geared more toward advancing the abilities of Mental Health Nurses in their provision of care to Mental Health Patients in the Community.

    I don't know of any similar Program in the USA. Maybe somebody else does and will enlighten us with their knowledge.
