CNA / Psych Aide Duties

I am a CNA working at a mental health out patient clinic. I do VS, AIMS testing, Prior Authorizations & Extension of Benefits for Medications covered by medicaid and medicare.

My question is what duties does a psych aide / CNA have in a clinic setting ?? Am I able to do med calls and dispense medication samples or indigent medications ??

We have 2 LPN's that do Med Calls, injections and medications. I often feel like I don't do enough. If I were to take a day off, one of the LPN's would have to cover for me and do VS that day. It seems that when I come back to work I get the cold shoulder or the silent treatment cause they had to do my job while I was gone. I was told by one LPN that I don't do her job while she is out why should she have to do mine ?? Am I able to do the med calls and hand out samples ?? I know I can't give injections. but what can I do ??
