Clinical Director question

I'm getting ready to conduct a training for social workers regarding how to better handle incident reports. I want to approach it from a prevention standpoint and was wondering what resources others have used to conduct similar trainings?

My goal is to provide the staff with more clinical tools to prevent so many incidents.
