Adol Psych position - employment interview questions

Hi there -

I have 2 interviews on Friday at 2 different hospitals (same system) for an adolescent psych RN position.

What sorts of interview questions should I expect? "the usual" or should I expect something different for this type of position?

What questions should I ask of them? I have my list started and want to see if I am forgetting anything.

I have:

--number of beds?
--average census?
--acuity?
--average length of stay?
--nurse-patient ratio? techs?
--admission process?
--how are emergencies handles? codes?
--"uniform"? scrubs, street clothes, etc....which will be obvious from unit tour I guess....
--shift scheduling? (confusion between job posting and what recruiter said so I want to clarify)

What am I forgetting?

Thanks in advance!
