Interview- New Grad PD

I am a new grad and have an interview with a homecare agency that does private duty cases. What types of questions should I ask to determine how the company treats its employees (particularly, RNs)? What kinds of things should a private duty nurse be aware of before deciding to go with a certain agency? I guess what I'm asking is, what are specific questions I can ask at the interview to determine if I'll have adequate support-- esp. as a new grad. ??

Thanks!

Working private duty with only 1 year experience. Ask them how long their orientation/training is and will they train you on the equipment like vents. Ask if you can orient to ALL new cases. Don't let them push you into stuff before you feel you are ready. Good luck!
