Hey guys! Im an LPN and should have my RN license in a couple weeks. Anyways, I work for Bayada in New Jersey and I get paid 24-25/hr depending on the case. Does anyone know Bayada's rates for RN pay in Northern NJ, or even NYC? What should a nurse with 3 years Homecare experience expect? Thanks in advance for the responses
