Are 485 POC required in home file?

I could have sworn that I heard that 485 POC (at least a copy) are required to be in the home chart for nurses to review along with the MARs. Is this a CMS requirement? or does this sound like a company policy?

No CMS requirement that 485 plan of care be in home chart. When I did shift care we often had it there, but routine home visits, no. If it is an agency policy, then it better be there during state/accreditation home visit. Home Health Aide care plan IS required to be in home.
