The "fastest" way is to get into a reputable college, begin taking pre-reqs and get the best grades possible.

For an RN program, it usually includes 1-2 years of pre-reqs, and then another 2 years to finish the actual nursing program, once accepted. So a total of 2-3 years if you go for your ADN. If you go for a BSN, it's usually a total of 4-5 years.

High gpa and good test scores it looks like. Look at what the school you want to get into goes by when choosing applicants

How longs does it usually take to get into program an graduate?

Specializes in ED.

It depends on a lot of factors. I applied to my program in the spring of '09, got in for the spring of '10, and graduated in December of 2012. I also went through an ADN program, for a BSN, program completion time would be longer. Some people don't get in on their first try, which also drags things out.

And what ore classes I need??

Like Racer stated, it depends on varying factors. I am currently completing my BSN at an university who's program takes 3-years to complete. However, there are some schools that have accelerated BSN programs. I know when I attended Arizona State University, they had an accelerated program that was 18-months and 2 year program (or it could have been 2 1/2). If you are going to a community college, they typically have waiting lists that vary in how long you have to wait. Then there are programs where you apply directly to the program, and if accepted you start the following term. If you want specifics about a program, I would suggest you talk with an advisor (high school or college) to find out more about a particular program. If you haven't completed pre-req's, that will also add some time. Best of luck!

Depends on the school and wether its adn or bsn

It'd a associate degree.

These are great questions to ask your advisor or the admissions team at a school you are interested in. Its hard for us to say because as everyone said it depends on the school and you the student.

I agree, call the school you plan on attending. These are questions for them to answer, not us, as every school has different requirements.

Thank you
