What kind of accreditation should I look for?
Register Today!- by Michael88 Jul 31, '11What kind of accreditation should I look for in a school if I want it to count as I move up to become a CRNA?
I'm talking about ADN, LPN, and RN-BSN (online maybe) programs.
Thanks!

If you want to become a CRNA, then set that as you long term goal. First, you need to decide between and ADN degree or a BSN degree. The ADN degree is an associates degree that takes 2 years from when you enter school, and the BSN is a bachelors that takes 4 years from when you enter school. You will need at the minimum your bachelors and a RN license before you even think about getting into CRNA school. When you decide between ADN or BSN make the most of your grades, CRNA school is about as competitive of an advanced nursing school as there is. Best of luck to you. What kind of accreditation should I look for in a school if I want it to count as I move up to become a CRNA?
