Vocabulary on HESI Entrance exam

Everyone who has taken the HESI entrance exam. Ive heard time and time again that the vocabulary section is one of the hardest! I just want to know is the section more like medical terminology ? or what? Because the ones that have us study in the evolve review book are more complex then medical terms... Also I have that review document that someone posted on here West Coast University study guide and the vocab in their HESI study is more medical term.. how is it on the test? Should I lean into more med term since I took a class over that or in the evolve ?
