does anyone know where i can go on the net to study for the foundations part of the nln? i have searched and searched and everything costs a fortune--i am broke, so i need something cheap, or even free. i would love to know if there are any practice tests out there for it. thanks for any help anyone can give me.

I am one week into (6 week) microbiology and so far so good. One bit of bit of advice that has helped me, is to get some student feed back on a teacher before taking a class. You can bust your butt and still not do well in a class if the instructor is not teaching/grading your style. Myspace has a good teacher rating feature that allows you to look up teachers by school, and there are other sites out there. Another way is to find students at your school with similar learning styles and exchange info about instructors. If you can avoid obvious problems before they happen you and your GPA will be better off.

I don't know if this website has been posted on this thread yet, but if you need to check out a teacher before signing up for the class go to ratemyprofesor.com and find the teacher in question and get feedback and ratings form students (this website is very helpful)
