Statistics 200 at Michigan State University as nursing pre-req

Hi,

I'm looking for anyone who has had experience taking this class at MSU or at another college/university. I am having difficulty finding an option close to my home to transfer to MSU. I need this class to apply to the second degree nursing program and only a few colleges offer an equivalent. It appears to be a fairly basic stats class but my math classes are too old and Lansing community college will not allow me to enroll. So my options are to take a math class as a pre-req or take a placement exam. I just wanted to know if anyone who applied or got accepted to MSU has any good information to share on how they dealt with this stats class. I am finding only MSU and U of M require stats for their second degree. I went through Calculus II. Thanks.
