Should I stop doing Prereqs attend LPN school?

I graduated high school last May. I currently go to a college for my ADN. I've completely two semesters there and I start summer classes tomorrow! I have 3 or 4 more classes left after my summer classes, until I can apply for the nursing program for August 2017! Would it make since for me to start an LPN program this upcoming fall, and then when I graduate next year, bridge over for the RN after I pass the NCLEX.

You'd still have to take the prerequisites before the bridge program. I don't think it makes a lot of sense to work LPN into the mix.

Becoming an LPN while working towards your ADN is not the appropriate career pathway. You would be taking separate courses, towards separate degrees and it would be a waste of time.

At the school I went to we were able to take the NCLEX PN after finishing our first year of the ADN progam. If that's an option you could do that so that you can start working as a nurse.
