Should I be able to get a Wells Fargo MedCAP loan?

I tried calling Wells Fargo to ask if they'd provide me the MedCAP loan WITHOUT A COSIGNER, but all they said is that I would have to apply first before my accelerated nursing program begins in August and that it is too soon to apply now. However, I would like to know if I qualify since the program and cost of attendance will cost me 65K and I have to pay a $600 non-refundable deposit sometime this week. My credit score at the moment is a 680 and I already have 20k in Stafford loans since this will be my second degree. Thoughts?
