Muscle help!

If you read my study tips above, you'll remember that one of them suggested that it can be helpful to reorganize information.

I was struggling with remembering muscle origins, insertions and actions...so I made a table that grouped muscles by shared characteristics. This was just what I needed to help "sort" the information in my brain.

This has the 60 muscles we had to learn, so it is likely a different list from what your instructor is requiring...but it's a starting point.

GOOD LUCK. The muscle practical was by far my least favorite!

Believe me, when I would come home after a loooong day at school the last thing I wanted to do was type of my notes. But now I am soooo glad I have them. I definitely need to refresh my memory before NS starts. It is amazing how much of this stuff is but a distant memory. Yikes!

Again thank you so very much for posting them. They are excellent!!! I would love to have the files that you mentioned were too large to attach on here. I will wait for a while to send you the request in your inbox, as I am sure you are getting dozens of emails. God bless you and much continued success to you!!

Take care!

Wow, you're amazing! And the timing couldn't have been better - I've got my first A&P exam on Monday over Marieb chapters 1-3, and these notes will be great to help study. My teacher lectures sooo fast that my own notes are full of scribbles and half-words. I've seriously got to figure out how to smuggle in a banned voice recorder, but in the meantime, THANK YOU!

I'm glad you are finding them useful...just be sure to write your own notes in your own words. I can't stress that enough...it really does help!

GOOD LUCK!
