I just recently decided to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse. I live in NYC and have been researching schools
here for the past few weeks but the more research I do, the more confused I get!
I am mostly confused about what to aim for. I see that some places offer an Associate's Degree at which point I assume (no clue though) that you could potentially work with that and then pursue becoming an RN which would then be 2 more years?
Then I see other schools only offering a BSN.
Which is better? Does it matter? I wish there was a guide somewhere about each path and what is needed for what. I feel very overwhelmed right now looking at all this conflicting info.
