online nutrition class at Grayson County College Spring 09

I was just curious to know if anyone is enrolled in the Nutrition class at Grayson County College that is offered online for Spring 09, or if there is anyone who has taken this class that could give a heads up as to what to expect from the course. I am currently taking all online classes this semester, but this is the only one that my blackboard hasn't allowed me to access yet so I'm getting nervous about it because I have already started getting a jump on the assignments for my other courses out of the way. I am really excited to be starting my pre-reqs for ns and I just wanted to see if anyone else has had the same experience with the course and I wanted to see if there was anyone that was taking it at the same time as me.
